This project had a particular framework. He took his place in a traditional and artisanal nougat factory, who made the decision to renew its products and to get out of the marked paths of confectionery ... With an ideal : to give back its letters of nobility to nougat to be able to present it to luxurious restaurants. Developing a product from such a heritage was a real challenge, but a passionating one for sure.
